This project is the design and implementation of a modern villa in Kurdan region, which is built on a land of about 500 meters.

The villa has two large master bedrooms with spacious and classy closets, and large and tall windows that make the space flooded with light and a great view. and a large reception hall for May celebrations. High ceiling, modern lighting, decorative electric fireplace, open and attractive kitchen add double beauty to the reception and living room.

The long and wide double-glazed windows of the reception hall and bedrooms have caused the beautiful atmosphere of the villa yard with garden plants and lighting of the area along with the lovely swimming pool to enter the living room and bedroom, which gives the residents a sense of peace and pleasure to see the plants and the area. It conveys the beautiful.

The kitchen cabinets have a lot of space and are designed and made of AGT Turk brand MDF.

This villa is equipped with a four-season swimming pool with beautiful lighting along with hot and cold water system and pool water treatment plant, which provides the possibility to enjoy and relax in the four seasons under the blue sky.

By the pool, a modern pavilion with a barbecue has been provided for gatherings and the pleasure of eating and drinking by the pool.
